CHN Energy Changyuan Electric Power (SHE:000966) plans to build new energy projects with a capacity of 1.5 million kilowatts for 7 billion yuan, according to the company's disclosure on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The Chinese electric services provider signed a 25-year investment agreement with the local government of China's Songzi municipality for the projects.
The company will start to build 200,000 kilowatts of new energy projects in 2025, the Wednesday disclosure added.
Shares of the company rose less than 2% at the close.
