GHL Systems (KLSE:GHLSYS) said a trading suspension has been imposed on its shares on Bursa Securities today, ahead of its unconditional mandatory takeover by NTT DATA Japan (TYO:9613).
The company sought the withdrawal of its listing status from the official list of Bursa Securities, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
The move was triggered after NTT DATA Japan proposed to acquire the remaining stake it does not already own in the Malaysian firm at 1.08 ringgit per share.
