BKI Investment Company's (ASX:BKI) net profit attributable to shareholders declined 8% to AU$64.4 million in the year ended June 30 from AU$70.1 million a year ago, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
Basic earnings per share fell to AU$0.0803, compared with the prior-year period's AU$0.0935.
Revenue was AU$70 million, down 10% from AU$77.8 million in the same period last year, the filing said.
The company declared a final dividend of AU$0.04 per share, payable on Aug. 29 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 7.
