Camplify Holdings (ASX:CHL) has entered into a voluntary escrow agreement with BBFehse GmbH, a substantial shareholder and entity related to Dirke Fehse, according to a Friday filing to the Australian bourse.

The agreement is a standard term restriction deed to prevent a sale or transfer of 4.1 million shares from July 26 until two weeks after the company releases its H1 FY25 financial results, the filing stated.
