Raffles Education (SGX:NR7) has completed the issuance of SG$2 million in non-convertible bonds, marking a partial completion of its proposed bond issue, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company issued these bonds to several first-tranche subscribers. Each subscriber received amounts ranging from SG$250,000 to SG$500,000.
Shares of the company declined over 2% in recent trade.
