Stamford Land Secures SG$413.5 Million Financing for Finsbury Circus

Stamford Land (SGX:H07) has disclosed new loans to its unit, Finsbury Circus, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Stamford FC has provided a senior loan of SG$75.2 million and a subordinated loan of SG$172.9 million. Ow FC has issued a senior loan of SG$50.2 million and a subordinated loan of SG$115.2 million.

The total of these 2024 shareholders' loans is nearly SG$413.5 million. These loans will refinance existing debt and support the company's property investment strategy.

The loans will mature on July 25. The aggregate value of transactions with interested persons this financial year exceeds 3% of the company's audited net tangible assets.
