Warner Bros. Sues NBA After League Awarded TV Rights to Others, Bloomberg Reports

--Turner Broadcasting System and Warner Bros. Discovery have filed a lawsuit against the National Basketball Association after the league ended its broadcast partnership and entered into agreements with Walt Disney, Comcast and Amazon.com, Bloomberg reports.

--Warner Bros. on Monday said it intended to take advantage of a clause in its contract allowing it to offer a competing bid, but the proposal didn't match the terms of Amazon's offer, Bloomberg reports, citing an NBA statement from Wednesday.
