Hibbett (HIBB) said Thursday that JD Sports Fashion has completed its acquisition of the company.
The fashion retailer said it is no longer a standalone publicly traded company.
Mike Longo will remain chief executive and president of the company, while Jared Briskin will become chief operating officer.
