Sichuan Kelun-Biotech Biopharmaceutical (HKG:6990) agreed to subscribe to Bank of Chengdu's structured deposit under two subscription agreements, with a total principal amount of 250.0 million yuan, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

On July 9, the company subscribed for the bank's principal-guaranteed with floating return type "Fu Rong Jin Cheng" unit structured deposit with a principal amount of 50.0 million yuan. The deposit has an expected annualized floating rate of return between 1.54% to 2.70% and it matures on Oct. 11, 2024.

The company, on July 24, subscribed for the bank's principal-guaranteed with floating return type "Fu Rong Jin Cheng" unit structured deposit with a principal amount of 200.0 million yuan. The deposit has an expected annualized floating rate of return between 1.54% to 2.70% and it matures on Nov. 26, 2024.
