China Longyuan Power Issues 2.6 Billion Yuan Ultra-Short-Term Bonds

China Longyuan Power Group (HKG:0916, SHE:001289) issued ultra-short-term bonds worth 2.6 billion yuan, according to the company's disclosure on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The bonds have a term of 210 days and a coupon rate of 1.75%.

Industrial Bank (SHA:601166) was the lead underwriter for the issuance.

The Chinese wind power producer will use the proceeds from the issuance to repay debts and replenish its working capital, the Wednesday disclosure added.

Shares of the company slipped more than 1% on the Hong Kong bourse.
