Thakral Corp. (SGX:AWI) unit GemLife will launch Highfields Height, an over-50s lifestyle resort in Queensland, Australia, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The resort will be built on 23 hectares of land, and its 366 lots will feature standard and premium single-story and split-level homes. It will also have a country club worth AU$14 million.
Work has already commenced on the site, and Stage One homes will be ready by the fourth quarter of this year.
