Unity Enterprise Holdings (HKG:2195) expects to record a net loss of about $17.0 million for the six months ended June 30, compared to the net loss of $6.5 million for the previous year, according to a Monday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
The company attributed the expected net loss to the cost overruns on a certain project, resulting in gross loss. The increase in impairment losses on trade receivables is also another factor.
The repair and maintenance services provider plans to publish its interim results by the end of August.
The company's shares were down by about 1% in the recent trading.
