Vividthree (SGX:OMK) completed the placement of 55,555,555 placement shares to Zhang Jingwei and Ever Pine, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Following the subscription, the total number of issued shares of the company has increased from 371,511,764 shares to 427,067,319 shares.
