Strategic Energy Resources (ASX:SER) secured a regulatory permit to drill at the Achilles prospect within the South Cobar project in New South Wales, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The 3,000-meter program aims to test a polymetallic soil anomaly at the prospect, the miner said in the filing.
Company shares rallied 13% in recent trade.
