Super Hi International Warns of Swing to H1 Loss Despite Revenue Hike

MT Newswires Live08-02

Super Hi International Holding (HKG:9658) expects a net loss of between $4 million and $5 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024, as compared to a net profit of $3.4 million a year prior, a Friday bourse filing said.

The company also forecasts a 14% rise in revenue to at least $370 million for the half year from the year-ago figure of $323.9 million.

The restaurant operator attributed the anticipated swing to loss mainly to an increase in net foreign exchange loss to roughly $19.5 million during the period.
