Metech International (SGX:V3M) said that it has identified Cao Shixuan as a potential candidate for its vacant chief executive officer post, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Shixuan is currently the general manager of one of the company's subsidiaries in China, the filing said.
Meanwhile, the company is also exploring the appointment of a potential candidate for the role of chief financial officer.
