Aspen (Group) Completes Divestment of 7% Stake in KHTP Assets; Shares Surge 8%

Aspen (Group) Holdings (SGX:1F3) completed the divestment of its entire 70% stake in KHTP Assets for a total consideration of 74.1 million ringgit, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The company had agreed to divest its stake in KTPC Assets in May this year.

Shares of the property developer surged nearly 8% in recent trading.
