Virtual Mind Holding Chairman Steps Down

Virtual Mind Holding (HKG:1520) Chairman Li Yang resigned effective Friday, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Mei Weiyi will succeed Li at the helm of the board effective the same day. Among his former positions were as chief executive at Shandong High-Speed Holdings (HKG:0412), the filing said.

Shares closed 4% higher in Hong Kong on Friday.
