Yanchang Petroleum International (HKG:0346) expects a loss of around HK$27.3 million for the six months ended June 30, against a profit of HK$12.8 million a year prior, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The oil and gas company attributed the loss mainly to a loss of the oil and gas production business in Canada.
Shares of the company closed nearly 7% lower on Tuesday.
