BOC Hong Kong (HKG:2388) will partner with retailer Mannings to help customers use digital yuan for payments in their 300 stores in Hong Kong, The Standard reported Thursday.

Merchants can accept the payments by scanning the buyer's digital yuan payment code. The Chinese currency will be converted into Hong Kong dollars by BOCHK, the publication added.
