Wells Fargo (WFC) has appointed investment banker Kevin Healey as a managing director focused on healthcare deals in its global mergers and acquisitions group, Bloomberg reported Monday.
Healey, who most recently served as a managing director in the strategic advisory group at PJT Partners (PJT), will be joining Wells Fargo in New York after a garden leave, the report said, citing a person with knowledge of the matter.
A Wells Fargo spokesperson confirmed Healey's hiring in a statement to MT Newswires but declined to make any further comment.
PJT did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
