Plover Bay Technologies (HKG:1523) recorded a 55% rise in attributable profit for the six months ended June 30 to $19.1 million from $12.3 million during the year-ago period, a Monday filing on the Hong Kong bourse stated.
Earnings per share were $0.0173 in the first half, up from $0.0112 in the corresponding period of 2023.
The software company's revenue rose by 28% to $57.3 million during the interim period from $44.6 million in a year prior.
The company has proposed an interim dividend of HK$0.1083 per share, payable Aug. 20 to shareholders of record on Aug. 9.
Shares of the company closed over 5% lower on Monday.
