17LIVE (SGX:LVR) will launch HandsUP Crossborder on Aug. 19, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Targeting East Asia, including Taiwan, the service connects businesses with over 1,300 key opinion leaders to promote and sell products. The service will cost from 98,000 yen per month.
HandsUP Crossborder addresses challenges like shipping costs, language barriers, and compliance with local laws.
Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent trade.
