Longhui International Holdings (HKG:1007) entered into a memorandum of understanding with Frontium Labs for the development of potential strategic cooperation on AI, relevant data collection, big data analysis, business analysis, and chipset development for the catering segment, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The restaurant business operator plans to enhance its competitiveness in the relevant technology areas and explore more business opportunities through this cooperation.
The company's shares were up over 1% on Monday's close.
