Infratil (ASX:IFT, NZE:IFT) revised its guidance for adjusted proportionate operational earnings before interest and taxation, depreciation and amortization, and fair value adjustments to between NZ$962 million and NZ$1.01 billion for the financial year 2025, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
This is down from a previous guidance of NZ$980 million to NZ$1.03 billion.
The change reflects Manawa Energy's (NZX:MNW) updated fiscal 2025 EBITDAF guidance, which was revised to a range of NZ$95 million to NZ$115 million from NZ$130 million to NZ$150 million. Infratil has a 51% stake in Manawa Energy.
Manawa Energy's shares fell past 7% in recent Thursday trade in New Zealand.
