DigiLife (SGX:BAI) entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Smart co Holding for the disposal of 13,206,000 shares in its subsidiary, Peremex, for a total consideration of about SG$12.2 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Gross proceeds raised from the disposal will be distributed to shareholders by way of cash distribution.
On July 25, the company had also transferred 7.0 million shares in Bharat IT Services to its subsidiary and thus completed a capital injection of SG$4.0 million in Peremex.
