China Conch Environment Protection Holdings (HKG:0587) issued the first tranche of green medium-term bonds in China worth 1.5 billion yuan, according to a Wednesday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
The green bonds have a five-year term and a 2.13% coupon rate. The issue is part of the company's 3 billion yuan bond program.
China Minsheng Banking is the lead underwriter, while Bank of China Limited, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd., China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd., and Industrial Bank are the joint underwriters.
