Jerry Lorenzo, founder of luxury fashion brand Fear of God, just put his 1930s Los Angeles compound on the market for $14.9 million.

The historic property, nestled in L.A.'s Los Feliz neighborhood, features five bedrooms, seven baths, and 7,200 square feet, spread across a main house and guesthouse on a roughly third-acre lot

Lorenzo has been busy in the real estate market lately. Earlier this year, he reportedly plunked down $20 million for an estate in Beverly Hills, Calif.

But here's more on Lorenzo's recently listed dwelling, which he purchased in 2018 for $8.5 million.

While home's Old World charm is evident, its interiors underwent an extensive renovation via well-known mother-son design team, Kathleen Clements and Tommy Clements.

Luxurious and refined, the quiet color scheme and high-end materials add up to a sophisticated refresh.

Large windows, hardwood floors, and beautiful architectural details (crown moldings, arched doorways) help to celebrate the dwelling's historic bones. Beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows bring nature into the living room, while the gourmet kitchen is outfitted with custom cabinets and marble countertops.

There's a fireplace in the primary bedroom, along with a private terrace and walk-in closet. The nearby bath boasts a large oval tub under a set of louvered windows.

Japanese maples make up a good part of the property's lush landscaping. Meanwhile, other outdoor details include the guesthouse, a sport court, and a pool, along with lots of lounging areas and covered spaces for entertaining.
