Jerry Lorenzo, founder of luxury fashion brand Fear of God, just put his 1930s Los Angeles compound on the market for $14.9 million.
The historic property, nestled in L.A.'s Los Feliz neighborhood, features five bedrooms, seven baths, and 7,200 square feet, spread across a main house and guesthouse on a roughly third-acre lot
Lorenzo has been busy in the real estate market lately. Earlier this year, he reportedly plunked down $20 million for an estate in Beverly Hills, Calif.
But here's more on Lorenzo's recently listed dwelling, which he purchased in 2018 for $8.5 million.

Last winter, Lorenzo, whose full name is Jerry Lorenzo Manuel Jr., debuted a collaboration of footwear and apparel with Adidas (ADDDF).
