Last week's outflow totaled $2B, ending August 9, after logging an outflow of $4.6B for the previous week ending August 2. The benchmark index S&P 500 (SP500) rebounded last week, posting gains in three out of five sessions, overall last week showed a 3% gain. The S&P 500 (SP500)(SPY) underwent a wild week, sparking a selloff on slowing payrolls and a rise in unemployment that ignited economic contraction worries.  Last week: The 11 S&P 500 sectors recorded a net outflow of $1.8B last week, according to data from etf.com. Communications Services Select Sector SPDR Fund recorded the highest outflow of $892.6M, followed by second-highest outflow for Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV) of $540.8M. Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) saw the highest inflow among other sectors last week, bagging $635.5M funds, followed by Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLU) with a $442.1M inflow.
