Semiconductor company Archer Materials (ASX:AXE) sent its new graphene field effect transistor (gFET) Biochip design to VTT Technical Research Centre for manufacturing 200mm wafers.
The company aims to integrate the complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) in the gFET, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Shares of the company rose more than 2% in recent trade.
