CK Infrastructure Holdings (HKG:1038) applied for a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange, according to a Wednesday disclosure to the Hong Kong bourse.
Its shares will be traded under the ticker symbol "CKI" on the London bourse starting Aug. 19.
HSBC (HKG:0005) is the listing agent for CKI.
CKI previously said a secondary listing could help it diversify its shareholder base geographically and help widen its trading.
