OSL Group's H1 Attributable Loss Narrows by 90% as Income from Digital Assets Rises; Shares Jump 3%

OSL Group's (HKG:0863) attributable loss narrowed by 90% to HK$9.7 million in the first half from HK$98.7 million in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Loss per share at the cryptocurrency company narrowed to HK$0.03 from HK$0.22 in the previous year.

Income from its digital assets and blockchain platform business increased 18% to HK$123.8 million from HK$105.2 million a year earlier. Other gains surged to HK$16.2 million from HK$1.5 million a year earlier.

Shares jumped 3% during Friday's afternoon trading.
