Lifestyle Communities Reports 5% Rise FY24 Revenue, Profit Slips

Lifestyle Communities (ASX:LIC) reported Tuesday that its earnings per share in the fiscal year ended June 30 fell to AU$0.453, compared with the prior-year's AU$0.78. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting EPS of AU$0.464.

Revenue from ordinary activities was AU$243.2 million, up 5% from AU$232.3 million last year. The Visible Alpha average estimate was for revenue of AU$233.9 million.

The company, which develops, owns, and manages independent living residential land-lease communities, declared a final dividend of AU$0.05 per share with a record date of Sept. 5 payable on Oct. 3.

Company shares slid 2% on market close.
