The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels May Appoint Christobelle Yi Ching Liao as Interim CEO

The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (HKG:0045) will appoint Christobelle Yi Ching Liao as its interim chief executive officer in case the company fails to appoint a new CEO by Nov. 1, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

In above stated case, Christobelle will take the office from Nov. 1 and stay as the interim CEO until a new CEO starts his/her term.

The current CEO Clement King Man Kwok will be retiring from Oct. 31. Christobelle, who is also working as the company's secretary, will resign from this post effective from Aug. 31.
