Golden Agri-Resources' Net Attributable Profit Narrows 44% in H1

Golden Agri-Resources' (SGX:E5H) net attributable profit to owners of the company was down 44% year-over-year in the first half of the year to $102.4 million from $182.3 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

Earnings per share came in at $0.0081 per share compared with $0.0144 per share in the comparable period.

The palm oil company's revenue was up 5% year-over-year to $5.14 billion from $4.88 billion, driven by an increase in revenue from the palm and laurics segment.
