First REIT Properties Granted Extension on 'Hak Guna Bangunan' Titles

First REIT's (SGX:AW9U) Imperial Aryaduta Hotel and Country Club properties have received their respective extension for their "Hak Guna Bangunan" titles from the national land office of Indonesia, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

The titles have been extended for 20 years or until May 12, 2046.

The HGB titles are certificates that grant holders the right to own a building on land owned by an Indonesian national.
