Revance Therapeutics (RVNC) has agreed to be acquired by Crown Laboratories for $924 million, the companies said Monday.

Shares surged 86% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 51 million from a daily average of about 2 million.

Draganfly (DPRO) said Monday that it selected Institute for Drone Technology, a service provider for the Australian government and enterprise, as distributor of its drone technology Down Under.

Shares advanced 40% as intraday trading volume surged to nearly 200 million versus the stock's daily average of about 926,000.

Greenlane Holdings (GNLN) said Monday that it signed a non-binding letter of intent to become the exclusive distributor for Safety Strips' fentanyl, xylazine, and drink-spike detection test strips in the US.
