Hotel Grand Central's (SGX:H18) profit attributable to owners fell to SG$7.5 million in the first half of the year, from SG$10.4 million a year earlier, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.
Earnings per share came in at SG$0.0102 per share from SG$0.0141 in the year-ago period.
The company booked a revenue of SG$69.0 million, down from SG$74.0 million in the year-ago period, mainly due to reduction in hotel room occupancies and room rates.
Hotel Grand Central's shares were up more than 1% in recent trade.
