ESR-Logos REIT (SGX:J91U) will issue S$174.8 million worth of 6.0% subordinated perpetual bonds, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

The bonds will be listed on the Singapore Exchange's Bonds Market on Wednesday.

Perpetual Securities, acting as the trustee for the REIT, filed the necessary documents with the exchange on Tuesday.

Shares of the REIT were up nearly 4% in recent trading.
