Vicinity Centres Posts 3% Rise FY24 Revenue, Profit Doubles

Vicinity Centers (ASX:VCX) reported Tuesday that its earnings per security in the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, jumped to AU$0.1199, compared with the prior-year period's AU$0.0595.

Funds from operations per security fell to AU$0.146 From AU$0.1504 year on year, while adjusted funds from operations per security slid to AU$0.1234 from AU$0.1265. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting an FFO of AU$0.145 and an AFFO of AU$0.122.

Revenue from ordinary activities was AU$1.32 billion, up 3% from AU$1.27 billion in the same period last year.

The retail property group declared a final dividend of AU$0.059 per share with a record date of Aug. 26 payable on Sept. 16.
