Huaneng Power International (HKG:0902, SHA:600011) issued mid-term bonds worth 1.3 billion yuan, the company's eighth tranche of such bonds for the year, according to a Saturday filing on the Hong Kong stock exchange.
The ten-year bonds have an interest rate of 2.36%.
China Merchants Bank (HKG:3968, SHA:600036), CSC Financial (HKG:6066) and China Great Wall Securities (SHE:002939) acted as the lead underwriters for the issuance, the Chinese electric power company said.
