Sri Trang Agri's (SGX:NC2) second-quarter profit attributable to equity holders surged 471.3% year-over-year to 628.4 million baht from 110.0 million baht.
Earnings per share came in at 0.0041 baht, up from 0.0007 per share in the year-ago period, according to a Saturday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Revenue climbed 22% year-on-year to 25.82 billion baht, driven by increased gross profit margin from gloves sales despite shipping disruptions and higher freight rates.
The board approved a dividend of 18.75 baht per share.
Shares of the company were up nearly 3% in recent trading.
