EML Payments (ASX: EML) said its current non-executive director Anthony Hynes will be its chairman, effective Aug. 28, according to its filing on Monday.
The group said Luke Bortoli and Jim Pollock would be retiring from the board of directors at the same time.
Petrina Coventry was appointed to the board, effective Monday.
