Jiangsu Yuyue Medical Equipment & Supply (SHE:002223) has transferred a portion of its holdings in a private equity fund owned by AstraZeneca to Pharmaron Beijing (HKG:3759, SHE:300759), according to a Saturday filing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The Chinese medical device maker transferred 80 million yuan of its subscribed capital contribution in Wuxi AstraZeneca CICC Medical Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), reducing its stake to 5.3% from 8.9%.
Meanwhile, Pharmaron Beijing's share in the fund will increase to 8.5% from 4.4%.
