The Chinese state media threw its weight behind China's most successful single-player video game to date, noting that its adaptation of the Ming dynasty novel \"Journey to the West\" would force Western players to learn more about the Asian nation's culture, Reuters reported. \"This release marks a bold foray by Chinese game developers into a market long dominated by Western triple-A titles,\" said the official Xinhua news agency in an editorial on Wednesday. The Chinese media outlet added that with this breakthrough, the default language of a triple-A game was no longer English but Chinese. Triple A, or AAA, is a classification term used to describe games with the largest development budgets and levels of promotion.
