Metech International (SGX:V3M) changed the name of its wholly owned subsidiary Metech Diamond Solutions to Opulwell Biotechnology, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The principal activity of the subsidiary has also been changed to retail sales of health supplements. The move is part of the company's proposed diversification of business which will require shareholders' approval.
