Zinc of Ireland (ASX:ZMI) revised the issue price under its ongoing placement and entitlement offers to AU$0.007 per share, increasing its target capital raise to up to AU$2.23 million from AU$2.19 million, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The revised issue price is a 25% discount to the 15-day volume-weighted average price and a 30% discount to the closing price on Aug. 22. Funds raised will be used to fund the mineral explorer's exploration activities.
