Cocoon Holdings (HKG:0428) expects a net loss of about HK$16 million for the six months ended June 30, compared with a net profit of about HK$30.6 million the previous year, according to a Wednesday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
The company attributed the expected loss to lower revenue due to reduced income and weak performance of listed securities in the US.
The securities company plans to publish its interim results later in August.
The company's shares were down by over 1% in recent trading.
