IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F) reported that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Northern TK Venture, submitted a brief to the Tokyo District Court on Aug. 5, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The brief outlines Northern TK Venture's response to Daiichi Sankyo's previous filing in an ongoing litigation related to IHH's acquisition of Fortis Healthcare.
During a hearing on Aug. 20, Northern TK Venture presented its position, and the court has set a Nov. 1 deadline for Daiichi Sankyo to respond. The next hearing is scheduled for Nov 7.
