Zinc of Ireland (ASX:ZMI) is looking to raise up to AU$2.19 million via a placement offer and a non-renounceable entitlement offer, the miner said in a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Zinc of Ireland plans to raise approximately AU$361,014 through the placement offer and an additional AU$1,826,381 through the non-renounceable entitlement offer by issuing one new share for every existing share held, it said.
